A residential development on a former Mill site, providing a total of 21 high quality dwellings. Due for completion in early 2023, the project was the result of a detailed design & engineering process from the whole design team and the client, given the clear topographical constraints of the site. Through a combination of innovative engineering works and split level gardens across the site, the end product is a residential scheme with outstanding character and appearance.
