‘The Locks’ – Crown House, Wolverhampton

The Locks, a redevelopment of the former ‘Crown House’ office building comprises 95 spacious one and two-bedroom furnished apartments to rent in Wolverhampton. All apartments were completed in 2022 creating high-quality rental accommodation for the client Rise Homes.

With a full refurbishment inside and modernisation with external cladding features, the contractor was enable to utilise the existing structure and fabric of the building, modernising its appearance and providing high quality residential accomodation.
